In short: use the hooks the way our license says, don’t abuse the platform, and understand that free and paid plans come with different rights.

 

1. Acceptance of terms

 

By creating an account or using Hook Transition, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the service. We may update these terms from time to time; continued use after a change means you accept the update.

 

2. Accounts

 

  • You must provide accurate information when registering and keep your login credentials secure
  • You’re responsible for all activity that happens under your account
  • You must be at least 13 years old to create an account
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms

 

3. License to use hook clips

 

Subject to your plan and these terms, Hook Transition grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and edit hook clips into your own video content, and to publish that content on social platforms.

You may not resell, sublicense, or redistribute hook clips as a standalone product, claim original authorship of an unedited clip, or use a hook in content that is unlawful, hateful, or infringes on a third party’s rights.

 

4. Acceptable use

 

You agree not to:

  • Scrape, bulk-download, or mirror the library outside the intended download features
  • Circumvent download limits, paywalls, or account restrictions
  • Upload malicious code or attempt to disrupt the service
  • Use the platform to harass, defraud, or impersonate others

 

5. Subscriptions & billing

 

Paid plans renew automatically at the interval shown at checkout until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from your account settings; cancellation stops future renewals but doesn’t refund the current billing period unless required by law.

 

6. Intellectual property

 

Hook Transition and its library, branding, and platform are owned by us or our licensors. These terms don’t transfer ownership of anything to you beyond the limited license described above. If you believe a clip infringes your rights, see our DMCA Policy.

 

7. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

 

Hook Transition is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We don’t guarantee that any hook will perform, go viral, or suit a particular purpose. To the extent permitted by law, we’re not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. See our full Disclaimer for more detail.

 

8. Termination

 

We may suspend or terminate your access for violating these terms, non-payment, or misuse of the platform. You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time from account settings.

 

9. Governing law

 

These terms are governed by the laws of Sweden, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless local consumer protection law requires otherwise.
